"You won't find him here...he's such a party poooper"

 It's leo season, can you tell by the scorching weather? & the pretty flowers in their prime?

I'm currently plastered all over my bed, like a scrambled egg. Fan on, felines wondering when their next meal or treat will be. 

I hope you find yourself somewhere cool on this sinful Friday, with fresh lemonade & some expensive AC. All wishes aside, how are you ? What have you been up to? What have you been teaching yourself? 

About a little more than a week ago...going on two weeks i decided to delete my main instagram account. Why? In all honesty i think i just needed to break off from it. It was very time consuming for me, & i hate to admit but i get easily influenced to spend my earnings when i have it. The need to want to be out at a cool bar, or an overpriced dinner just becomes the main goals for the weekend. My self esteem was the lowest it's ever been. I felt disgusting just by the sight of my bloated face in the mirror. This double chin is going nowhere i thought. I cried & had a really long meltdown. I wanted to run off into the woods and become roomies with the witch in  Hansel & Gretel. Sweets for life? Sure.

I had to pick myself up and be kind, slow it down on the booze. Walk to work and from work.  I made feline friends along the way. The first day just as Days of the phoenix was blasting through my headphones. There he was a chubby ginger tabby cat. He was so beautiful and we stared at each other for quite sometime. I didn't get his name but he looked like Garfield. That was a nice way to start the morning. There's a few that I've come across. Stopping to pet a cat is almost like a meditation moment.

Kitty talk aside, i am in better spirits, & needless to say I'm going to be alright. 

I will share my last adventure, i went on, my last day off which was last friday. My co-Workers had been wanting to hit up little tokyo and Daiso & i could NOT pass up this opportunity. That just means getting to spend time with them outside of work and stocking up on more cute stationery items. 

Who doesn't love Aggretsuko on snack packaging? 

They weren't that yummy though. 

Funky taste calls for 4/10 

Would it really be little tokyo without getting a drink with a cute name? 

This one was called honey bear and it tasted like a thai tea with a bit of honey and caramel.

Reggie is the gal wearing glasses & itzel is the tall one.

They are both Aries ghouls! 

Not pictured were my other coworkers who were sadly stuck at work. 

       But tada!!! We did the mandatory photo thing. They came out real cute, it was fun. I wish we could've stayed longer. But we all work 6 days a week and long hour shifts.  

Do i leave you with a final thought? 

It's nice to be almost off the grid, &  to be more in the moment. There's no selfie time for now. It feels nice & sometimes its that little boost of self confidence that we need but that fades away quickly. There's not a filter strong enough to fix the reality that is your mental health declining. 

I'm just speaking on how i see it & how i felt. 

Not trying to offend anyone. Sooo Shhhhhh.
